The tremendous irony of owning a business...
... is that you probably became a business owner (at least in part) for the luxurious flexibility and freedom that comes from being your own boss.

But, does the reality feel luxurious? How about free and flexible?
I'm betting that somewhere along the way the work you do started feeling like more than a job. Maybe it started feeling personal...

And honestly, I think the best thing about being real, human business owner IS that it's personal. It means something. But when it starts to mean everything... that's the problem. It's easy to start thinking that the work IS your identity.

-
Like a failure in business is a personal failure.
-
Like your time and energy don't belong to you, they belong to your clients.
-
Like you're not allowed to change or grow because it might upset people.

But that's. not. real. You are free. You do get to experience flexibility. You get to change and grow and live outside of work. What happens in business does not define your life and, actually, you get to shape and mold your work to fit into and around your life! The rumors are true! You DO get to love what you do and 'have it all. And having it all starts with getting to the heart of who you are, what you want from your life, and how you want to express yourself through business.

You are a magical Willy Wonka.
Think about what it means to be an entrepreneur for a second:
You look at the world as it is, imagine how it could be different, and then YOU MAKE IT DIFFERENT.
You take an idea that exists only in your head and turn it into something real. You create things that didn't exist before.
You solve problems, dream up possibilities, and make things happen that other people might never have even thought to try.
And then you act like that's NORMAL.
Like you're just a regular person doing regular things.
Meanwhile, you're out here creating entire worlds!
ALL entrepreneurs are imaginative, resourceful, at least little bit unconventional, and capable of making the seemingly impossible happen. Otherwise we’d just… get jobs.

But here's the thing about Wonka: when he lost his hope, he shut down the factory.
And I think the same thing happens to us.

When we lose hope, the magic starts to disappear. We stop imagining what's possible. We get stuck doing what we've always done. We start making decisions based on what we think we have to do instead of what we actually want to create.
And sometimes, we can barely make ourselves breakfast, never mind build the business or life we dreamed of.
Hope is what fuels the magic. Without it, possibility dies.

TESTIMONIAL
"When I first met Meg, it felt like an instant soul-level reconnection — like I was remembering her from a deeper part of myself. From the start, I felt safe, understood, and supported, especially as I was navigating a rebrand. Meg has this incredible way of truly listening — she took in my whole journey, my long story, and somehow, with her intuitive brilliance, she highlighted the key threads and breakthrough moments that made me feel seen in ways I didn’t know were possible. She didn’t just care about my brand; she cared about my success as if it was her own — with unwavering dedication and love."

6-Figure Business-Owning Badass in The Middle of BIG Change
Let's get your magic turned back on!!

I'm Meg Joyce, and I help entrepreneurs (and people) reconnect with what's possible.
Together, we'll zoom out, look at the bigger picture, and get curious about what you want your business and your life to look like… and why.
-
Maybe the answer is a new strategy.
-
Maybe you need to let go of something you've been holding onto for far too long.
-
Maybe you're trying to solve a problem that isn't actually the problem.
-
Or maybe you just need someone who can see the possibilities you're having trouble seeing right now.
That's my superpower. I connect dots. I ask questions. I notice things hiding in plain sight. I help people see the possibilities that are right there, waiting to be discovered.
And once you can see them, you can start doing something about them.
The factory is yours. So… what do you want to create?
Not what do you think you should create.
Not what would look impressive on paper.
Not what your well-meaning friends or colleagues think would be a "great idea"…
What do YOU want?
-
What would make you excited to get out of bed in the morning?
-
What do you want your business to make possible in your life?
-
What have you been dreaming about but talking yourself out of?
-
What would you try if you truly believed that you could succeed?

-
And just as importantly: what are you done with? Because sometimes the next chapter isn't about adding more. It's about recognizing what you've outgrown. The offer you don't want to sell anymore. The way of working that leaves you exhausted. The version of success you've been chasing that doesn't actually make you happy.

Impossible doesn't exist when you're fueled by hope.
Okay, I know. Technically, some things are impossible.
Gravity is a thing. We have bills to pay. We're all operating in the real world.
But entrepreneurs do something extraordinary all the time: we look at something that doesn't exist yet and decide to make it real.
Before your business existed, it was an idea. Before your offer existed, it was a possibility. Before you knew how to do the thing you're now really good at, you didn't know how to do it.
You figured it out. You learned. You experimented. You made mistakes. You kept going.
That's your magic.
But it's hard to create something new when you've stopped believing there's anything new to create.
Identity for Entrepreneurs is a place to reconnect with that part of yourself.
To question the assumptions that are keeping you stuck, see more of what's possible, and find your way toward a business and a life that make you happy.
I want you to have a business that gives you something meaningful to contribute to the world and a life you actually want to live.
You get to want both.

TESTIMONIAL
"Before working with you, I didn’t fully have the confidence to admit what I actually wanted from my business. I was stuck in doing what I thought was 'productive' or 'useful,' but it wasn’t true to me. Every time I tried to create visuals or content, it felt like I was doing it for someone else. That misalignment kept me looping and stuck. What stood out most from the start was how easy it was to connect. You let me verbally process, and you met me with this calm presence, like working with a best friend who also happens to ask the perfect questions. You gently called attention to things I hadn’t noticed: like when you reflected that I lit up talking about one area of my business, even though I kept focusing on another. That shifted everything. I started to trust my actual desires again."
