Identity Intensive

One conversation CAN make things better.

Think of ONE thing that’s been bugging you for WAY too long.

The decision you can't make. The problem you can't solve. The thing you want to do but can't quite figure out how.

You've thought about it from every angle you can think of, and somehow, you keep ending up right back where you started.
It's exhausting, isn't it?

Here's the trick: You don’t need more time and you don’t need to try harder. What you need is a perspective shift, and someone who can help you to actually see what you're missing.

That's me. That's exactly what I do.

"How did you do that!?!? It was all a mess in my head and you said ONE THING and it all came together."

WOMAN WITH GLASSES ON HEAD.png

What if the glasses are already on your head?

Imagine there's a pair of glasses that lets you see colors you've never been able to see before.

Sometimes, you need help creating those glasses.

But other times, the glasses are already sitting on top of your head and you just haven't noticed them, yet.

  • You're looking everywhere for an answer, when there's something right in front of you that you haven't considered.

  • You're trying to solve a problem that might not actually be the problem.

  • You're so close to the situation that you can't see what someone outside of it can see.

Sometimes, you don't need a new pair of glasses. You just need someone to listen to the problem, understand your frustrations, and then say "Hey. Have you checked the top of your head?"

Problem Solved. Just like that.

That's an Identity Intensive.

HR Queen In The Midst Of Growing Her Empire

What can we figure out in 1 hour?

Honestly? A lot can happen in an hour when you have someone to help you look at things differently.

You might be:

  • At a crossroads. You know a decision needs to be made, but you can't see which way to go.

  • Going around in circles. You've thought about the same problem a thousand times, and you're ready for a new angle.

  • Ready for something different. Your life looks fine on paper, but something isn't feeling right anymore.

  • Trying to make an idea happen. You can see what you want, but you can't quite see the path to get there.

  • Questioning the norm. You're starting to wonder whether the way you've always done things is actually the way you want to keep doing them.

  • Looking for what's next. You have a sense that something is changing, but you haven't figured out what that means yet.

And if you're reading this thinking, "I don't know exactly what I need, but I know I need something," that's fine, too.

We can start there.
